  • Key Executive Life Insurance - A business may choose to purchase a special life insurance policy on an individual or individuals felt to be essential to the operation and/or success of the company in order to cover losses incurred resulting from the death of the named executive.

  • Buy-Sell Agreements - Assure the fair and orderly transfer of ownership interests in a private business upon the death or disability of an owner-partner. May vary on terms depending upon individual circumstances.
