Personal property and liability coverage is an important component of personal financial management. The key question is: how much coverage do you really need? At Neely, Craig & Walton, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. We’ll work to understand your situation and find the most appropriate policy for your individual needs.

• Automobile - Some form of this insurance is legally required if you own a motor vehicle. At minimum, liability coverage is mandatory, and property/damage/collision coverage may be required in some cases.
  
  
  
• Homeowners - Covers damage to the home and its contents and any expenses or penalties involving injury or damage to another person or their possessions and caused by you or a family member (including pets); or from an accident on your premises (tripping on porch step and breaking an arm).
  
  
  
• Boat/Watercraft - Provides coverage for property damage and/or liability involving boats and/or other watercraft not covered by the homeowner’s regular policy, or extends the coverage.
  
  
  
• Personal Umbrella - Provides added liability protection for an individual that goes above and beyond the limits on standard homeowners, auto and watercraft personal insurance policies; commences when other liability coverage is exhausted.
  
  
  
• Recreational - Covers various aspects (medical, loss or theft of goods, tour cancellations, etc.) of recreational activities, and/or damage to or cost of replacing implements (such as a snowmobile, bicycle, golf cart, etc.) used to engage in recreation.
  
  
  
• Flood - This insurance is not covered in a regular homeowner’s policy. However, a separate policy is available through an agent or the Federal Flood Insurance Program.
